Job Holder:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Employee ID card (one photocopy)
- TIN certificate and tax return copy
- Salary certificate (original)
- Personal bank solvency certificate
- Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant
- Two recent color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm, white background), taken within the last 3 months
- Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for a minimum of 7 months
- Visiting card
- Tax return certificates for the last 3 years
- NID (translated and notarized copy)
Businessman:
- Blank pages of office pad (two copies)
- Marriage certificate (if spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport)
- TIN certificate and tax return copy
