• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Employee ID card (one photocopy)
• TIN certificate and tax return copy
• Salary certificate (original)
•  Personal bank solvency certificate
• Personal bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant
• Two recent color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm, white background), taken within the last 3 months
• Passport with at least two blank pages, valid for a minimum of 7 months
• Visiting card
• Tax return certificates for the last 3 years
• NID (translated and notarized copy)

Businessman:

• Blank pages of office pad (two copies)
• Marriage certificate (if spouse's name is not mentioned in the passport)
• TIN certificate and tax return copy
