Job Holders:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
• 2 recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 45mm)
• Visiting card
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
• Marriage certificate copy (if spouse’s name is not in the passport)
• Employee ID card (copy)
• Salary bank statement (last 6 months), bank solvency certificate, or salary/pay slip
• Personal bank solvency certificate
• Personal bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant

Business Owners:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
• 2 recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 45mm)
• Personal or company bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant
• Renewal trade license (translated and notarized)
• Visiting card
• Marriage certificate copy (if spouse’s name is not in the passport)
• Memorandum for limited company (copy of page XII)
• Company letterhead
• Personal or company bank solvency certificate

Government Employees:

1. Valid passport (minimum 6 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
2. 2 recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 45mm)
3. Visiting card
4. Marriage certificate copy (if spouse’s name is not in the passport)
5. Employee ID card (copy)

9. Government Order (GO) for official passport holders

Doctors:

Lawyers/Advocates:

• Birth certificate

Housewives:
