Required Documents for Singapore Visa (with LOI)

Job Holders:

1. Valid passport (minimum 7 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
2. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
3. Employee ID card (copy)
4. 2 recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, matte paper, white background, taken within the last 3 months)
5. Salary bank statement (last 6 months) and either a bank solvency certificate, salary certificate, or pay slip
6. Personal bank solvency certificate
7. Personal bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 per applicant
8. NID or birth certificate (copy)
9. Visiting card

Business Owners:

1. Valid passport (minimum 7 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
2. Personal or company bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 per applicant
3. Renewal trade license (notarized and translated into English)
4. Memorandum for limited company (copy of page XII)
5. 2 recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, matte paper, white background, taken within the last 3 months)
6. Company letterhead
7. NID or birth certificate (copy)
8. Personal or company bank solvency certificate
9. Visiting card

For Retired Persons:

1. Valid passport (minimum 7 months) and any old passports (if applicable)
2. Retirement document (copy)
3. 2 recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, matte paper, white background, taken within the last 3 months)
4. Personal bank solvency certificate
5. Personal bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 per applicant
6. NID or birth certificate (copy)

Doctors:

• BMDC certificate (scan copy)
• Marriage certificate (if spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport)
• 2 recent passport-size photos (35mm x 45mm, matte paper, white background, taken within the last 3 months)
