Schengen Visa Application Requirements

Please ensure that your Schengen Visa Application is submitted with the following documents:

Job Holder:

-Passport: Valid for at least 6 months (include old passport if available)
-Visiting card
-No Objection Certificate (NOC)
-Copy of marriage certificate (if spouse's name is not in passport)
-TIN certificate and tax return copy
-National Identity Card photocopy
-Two recent color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm, white background; taken within the last 3 months)
-Scan of passport bio page
-Travel health insurance valid for all Schengen countries (minimum coverage of €30,000)
-Original salary certificate
-Tour program
-Property documents
-Photocopy of vehicle registration (if applicable)
-Documentation of other income (if applicable)
-Financial solvency documents (e.g., FDR, shares, bonds, savings, security deposits, or cash investments)
-Pay slip documents

Businessman:

-Passport: Valid for at least 7 months (include old passport if available)
-Personal or company bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant
-Notarized renewal trade license (translated to English)
-Visiting card
-Two blank pages from an office pad
-Copy of marriage certificate (if spouse's name is not in passport)
-Memorandum for limited company (Form XII; one photocopy)
-TIN certificate and tax return copy
-Import Export Certificate (if applicable)
-National Identity Card photocopy
-Two recent color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm, white background; taken within the last 3 months)
-Scan of passport bio page
-Travel health insurance valid for all Schengen countries (minimum coverage of €30,000)
-Tour program
-Property documents
-Photocopy of vehicle registration (if applicable)

Government Job Holder:
